Established on January 30, 2025, RAHI Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the critical social challenges faced by marginalized communities, including women, children, farmers, and underprivileged groups. With a strong foundation laid by highly experienced development professionals, the organization works to promote gender equality, women’s empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, sanitation and drinking water, education, and natural resource management.

A seasoned development professional with 30+ years of expertise in gender-based violence, public health, and social advocacy. Skilled in program management, capacity building, and global NGO partnerships. Experienced in CSR implementation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership, driving impactful initiatives for marginalized communities through strategic planning and multi-sector collaborations.

Worked with PRADAN, ASSAFA, CARE, and various global agencies.

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of diverse experience across the social sector, startups, and IT industries. An alumnus of XLRI and XISS, he brings expertise in social entrepreneurship, rural marketing, project management, program implementation, donor relations, MIS, donor reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

He has successfully led impactful projects in livelihood development, digital education, and skill enhancement, leveraging innovation and community-driven solutions to address critical social challenges.

MOUSUMI

PRAKASH

A highly experienced civil engineer and INRM (Integrated Natural Resource Management) specialist with over 30 years of expertise in watershed development, rural infrastructure, and sustainable resource management. He has played a key role in implementing NREGA in partnership with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) and held strategic positions in PRADAN and MGNREGS. Known for leading large-scale projects, he provides technical guidance and drives impactful, community-centric environmental and development initiatives.

Saddik

A seasoned financial expert with 25 years of experience in NGO accounting, auditing, and financial management, he has significantly contributed to strengthening the financial health of development organizations. He has led the streamlining of financial systems for national-level NGOs, ensured strict compliance with financial regulations and best practices, and possesses deep expertise in social sector funding, donor management, and NGO governance. His work supports transparency, accountability, and long-term financial sustainability.
